This fare was first started in February 1996 by the government of Dubai. The purpose of initiating this event was to promote trade in the city but with the passage of time it got much popularity that millions of people used to take Dubai flights to join it making it a shopping as well as an entertainment event. It is nicknamed as “Layali Dubai”. Since its inception some 14 years ago it is held every year in the fist quarter of the year. It has played a vital role in promoting the regions culture. It has been successfully promoting tourism in Dubai and draws people from around the world each year. It lasts for one month. A large number of the world’s best brands at lowest prices are available in this exhibition.

The participants display their culture and heritage through exhibitions of traditional handicrafts, clothing, music, and dance. It has become so popular that each year more than three million people including both locals and those taking cheap flights to Dubai from Europe Asia and all other parts of the world come and join it. It offers its visitors many activities other than shopping. It holds at Dubai land. This location is said to be more ideally positioned, as it’s easy to find. It is open daily from 4pm to midnight giving full fun to attendees. Goods and services ranging from gold, jewellery, electronics, cars, cosmetics, textiles, and handicrafts are available here at discounted rates. In addition to these goods the travel and tourism companies offer special discounts on flights to Dubai. Emirates Air is the official air carrier offering cheap flights.

During this event a number of entertainment programs are hold in different parks of Dubai. These are very popular among all types of visitors. The festivities here include; he nightly fireworks, laser/light shows, fashion shows, and music concerts. Many foreigners take cheap Dubai flights to see the performances by legend Arabic artists including; Kazim Al Sahir, Amr Diab, Milhim Barakat, Asala, Nawal Al Zugby, Fadl Shaker, Diana Haddad, and Najwa Karam. Finally the good news, no longer does one have to buy expensive printer inks, printer cartridges, ink cartridges for inkjets; now, cheap ink is available wherever you go, whenever you need one. Long gone are the days where one has to go to the computer store to hunt for the elusive printer inks which only come in exorbitant prices.

When the printer inks started fading, many people who owned printers and needed to print out something fast and immediately groaned in frustration for there was nothing worse than running out of ink and what made it even worse than worse, it always happened when the budget was way down low. Those who really felt the pinch were the students who had to use the printers in the school and always got lousy printing jobs for their assignments. Unfortunately, many professors did not like print jobs which could hardly be read because of how faint the ink was. Not only that, a lot of professors made it a point that their assignments, projects, and essays were all to be submitted within hours or days from one another. Most students just had to get their own printers to be able to submit on time. Of course, making sure that all of the assignments had to be computer printed made things worse. It was very difficult for a lot of students and the costs of the printer inks were too much to handle for a lot of students.

Fortunately, some enterprising individuals made it easier for everyone concerned by introducing the cheap printer inks which could be refilled in refilling stations. These stations were all over the place, the malls, department stores, even food parks in most cases. Those places were the most frequented by students. Of course some claim that the quality is not nearly the same as the original cartridges, but in fact, a lot of these refillable printer inks are just as great on paper. In fact, these are the same inks which are now used by a lot of professional printing companies, the cheaper the costs in ink, the more affordable their products are.
